The Fine Print

Swoboda Charters accepts Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as forms of payment.

A Deposit of 50% is required at time of booking and the remaining 50% is due within 60 days of trip.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 60 days prior to start of trip to receive a maximum refund of deposit.

We will do everything within our power to return your deposit to you. However, if you cancel your trip less than 60 days prior to start of trip and we are unable to re-book a trip for that reserved time, up to 50% of your deposit may be non-refundable.

In regards to all trips: In Alaska, bad weather can sometimes alter set plans . If the Captain of the M/V Allen Ray makes a decision to delay the scheduled time for a trip due to weather, or any other reason, the Captain will make the decision regarding any discount to the customer including the amount of the discount. The safety of our customers and crew always come first.

We encourage all customers, if flying, to purchase travelers insurance with their airline in case a flight is missed due to bad weather or any other reason.
